Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging that your order has been received and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. During this time, we’ll check availability with our suppliers. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be voided, and you’ll be notified via email. For items available for immediate shipping (within 5 business days), we will proceed to charge your card and process the shipment.
After your payment is processed, in-stock items will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You can anticipate to receive tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours after your order leaves from the warehouse. If you haven’t received tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@mybuildsupplies.com for assistance.
